Work Experience Placement Co-ordinator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new work experience placement co-ordinator to join our busy and effective team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-
promoting the benefits of apprenticeships and work experience to employers and young people.
- recruiting new employers to provide apprenticeships, other contracted employment, and work experience opportunities for young people.
- developing strong business relationships with employers securing their commitment to working with BEBP on an ongoing basis.
- managing a caseload of young people and providing a tailored service to find them apprenticeship or work experience opportunities, ensuring the young people are properly prepared for these opportunities and supporting them and their host employer, before and during their placement or first six months of employment.
