Summer Performers Camp, Churchill Theatre, 24-28 July 2023
The Churchill Theatre and Bromley Council are working in partnership to provide fully-funded places in their theatre workshops for vulnerable and under-confident children, looked after children, care leavers, children with SEN and those receiving benefits eg. FSM and Universal Credit.
They are currently taking referrals for their free 5-day Summer Performers Camp (based on Matilda the Musical). Details as follows:
Date: Monday 24th - Friday 28th July 2023 (week-long programme)
Time: 10am - 3pm
Venue: Churchill Theatre Studio, High Street, Bromley, BR1 1HA
Age: 10+
The workshop will be five days of practical fun with the themes and music from the hit stage play and movie Matilda. It will involve singing, dancing and acting. Whatever their background, this is an ideal opportunity for young people to play, try something they haven't before and meet new people in an encouraging, fun atmosphere.
