skillsXtra Successes
Year 11 students at Kemnal Technology College show off their certificates to say they have successfully completed two years on the skillsXtra work experience programme. On skillsXtra, students go one day a week, term time only, to a type of employment they are interested in. In addition, students have a chance to earn a qualification, an NVQ, while on work experience. This is great for their confidence and their employability.
We must thank the employers who have kindly given the students their placements and made the whole thing possible.
