Capita Asset Gains IiYP Award

Capita Asset Services, who have been keen supporters of the Youth Employment Scheme and other initiatives in schools, have recently been awarded Investors in Young People status (IiYP). This follows their hard work supporting young people in the local community by providing job opportunities through their career launch programme as well as work experience for local students. Bromley EBP is proud of the partnership with Capita, having placed several young people with the company through the Youth Employment Scheme.

On Monday 6th June the Mayor of Bromley, Cllr. Ian Payne, awarded the Investors in Young People status to Capita at their offices in Beckenham. Bromley EBP, as well as several other local businesses and schools were there to support.

The day saw an inspiring presentation by three former apprentices who have all now been promoted within the organisation, including one young lady placed through the Youth Employment Scheme. They spoke highly of Capita’s investment in young people and commended them as an employer. The Mayor of Bromley was thrilled with this and remarked that he was proud to award the IiYP to Capita.

Bromley EBP would like to congratulate Capita Asset Services for this award and we hope to continue to work closely with them to support young people in Bromley.
