LBB Work Experience - An Important Notice

As of September this year, Bromley Education Business Partnership (BEBP) has taken over coordinating work experience placements within LBB from Sue Imlah in HR. Priority for placements is given to Bromley Children Looked After and young people who live in Bromley and/or attend a Bromley school.  There is a formal application process and the application form is available to download here.

As LBB historically receives a high number of applications, we are keen for as many departments as possible to offer some work experience over the next year. The dates of the work experience will vary depending on the students’ schools but the usual time is June and July. The application form gives students the option of choosing three priority areas in which they’d like to work in, allowing us to match them with departments accordingly.

There has already been significant uptake from LBB departments keen to offer work experience but we are keen to source more providers. If your team/department is able to offer a work experience placement, then please contact Greg Smith from BEBP to discuss by emailing greg.smith@bromley.gov.uk or calling 020 8461 6495.
