Flint Insurance are a local insurance brokers in Orpington and they are looking for bright and enthusiastic individuals who are either minimum A Level educated, or GCSE – but with some additional experience. They will consider graduates or people who have started but not completed their degree.
They are looking to put two individuals through an in-house program giving them full training on the company’s systems, commercial insurance products and allowing them to gain confidence in communication with clients. Once initial training is complete they will be placed within Flint’s experienced Commercial team and will continue to develop their knowledge and skill set. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to begin a rewarding career in the insurance market.
