Communication is key to success!
The Federation of Communication Services Limited is a not-for-profit industry association for companies that deliver professional voice and data communication solutions to business and public sector customers in the UK. They had been looking for an Administrator – Customer Support Apprentice to start at their local offices in Beckenham for some time.
Unfortunately, Chris Pateman the CEO had not been lucky in attracting the right candidate so was really pleased when Bromley EBP were able to recommend a young lady from the YES project. Francesca came to us in October 2016 with a good CV and some excellent qualifications and work experience. She engaged well with the organisation at interview and was invited in for a half day to meet the team just before Christmas. Chris was very impressed her and, in particular, her enthusiasm and commitment, and offered her the job.
We visited FCS recently to find out how things were going and it appears that everything is well and all parties are happy! Chris was delighted with her progress and is keen to help Bromley EBP with other events/activities to support young people.
